Tara's room

There are lots of butterflies in Tara's room. Big, bright butterflies on her quilt and vallances. She won't be used to having her own space. As welcoming as it may be, I have warned Austin that she may sneak into his room and sleep on his couch. I think he'll be OK with that (until the novelty wears off!)I am waiting for my niece Caroline to draw or paint some butterflies that I can frame for Tara's walls. She's a great artist (hint hint!)

Here is a picture of the quilt from the store's website:

The countdown is underway. Three more days.

This is sooo cute! I had a dream last night that she was picking out all her clothes in a store and really impressing us with her fashion savvy. She was like a little Caroline, Meagan or Marika, very picky about her "cool" outfits. I think I spend too much time with teenagers. This will be a nice break for me to play with someone my own age.

hi laura,

i'm still accumulating clothing items to send you, so hopefully she'll have some things from hannah soon. i like the bedspread. hannah has something like that from pottery barn.

i'll be checking in daily. sally will be good company, but it is a good thing she won't have access to the laptop. also, it is a good thing you will have tara vika with you on the way back to help you take care of sal.

i'll be thinking about you and tara! bon voyage.

Well I am really looking forward to a Meet Tara Party. Sal, if you're crawling around in those catacombs don't eat that day or you could get stuck. Also I was wondering, when and to whom do I submit my List Of Souvenirs Part II?
