Life in America
Backyard swings, hotdogs and a big brother--it's all new to Tara. She seems to be adjusting well to her new home, her family. She has already played outside with some of the toddlers in the neighborhood. She has picked out clothes at Old Navy--after running from one end of the store to the other with two pairs of little pink shorts in her hands, squealing with glee (you'd think there was a big sale or something).
We will take some pictures of her at home and post them in the next few days.

Oh good. Shopping. My favorite.
Tara and Caroline are going to get along great. I'll wait in the car.
HI EVERYONE; TARA LIKES CLOTHES JUST LIKE HER MOM, REMEMBER HUDSON BUDGET STORE? LOOKS LIKE EVERYONE WANTS TO SEE TARA. AUSTIN IS A GREAT BROTHER THINKING ABOUT HER SAFETY. I'M SURE SHE KEEPS ALL OF YOU BUSY. yOU HAVE A NICE FAMILY .
lOVE MOM PS TARA SOUNDS VERY CUTE ON THE PHONE.
You know what I heard today at a meeting? Minneapolis has this people-mover train thing that runs right from the Mall of America all the way to the Airport!!!! Isn't that cool?
Wouldn't this be a fun girl-trip? Karen, you know you loved Hudson's budget store!
Tell the truth. Also: Karen, I'm sorry I whined after I left P.U. Your email about me "bailing" really upset me bec. I really wanted to stay and I couldn't. I was also no doubt extra sensitive due to biochemical and hormonal fluctuations, and sore about that bottle of vodka we left behind on the conveyor belt at the mini-mart. (Ask Laura.)
I will buy you a fur hat in Minneapolis to make up for it, ok? sal
Y'all are almost too unbelievably wholesome to withstand:

As long as the hotdogs are pure beef, it is all good! My dad always bought Ekrich. :o) We are so happy for you. Let the good times roll!!!
