Step by step
We must wait until Monday to set a court date. The judge took the paperwork today and said it will be processed and to return to set the date. So we are hopeful (!) that the hearing will be within a day or two of that. This is step by step, as we know it. We are so close.

It's the countdown now...before you know it, it will be over and you guys will be settling back on the plane for a long nap with Tara...home sweet home is not too far away now! Hang in there.

So it sounds like the Ukraine is no different than the U.S. in that respect. I always get sequestered, so I don't even get to be in on the juicy trials until its my turn on the stand! I have fallen asleep many times in court, along with jury members. I think that you two are showing a lot of resolve and tenacity that you have stayed and waited for the wheels to turn. Austin makes me promise him everyday that no matter what time of day or night you get in,(during school or the middle of the night) that he gets to be at the airport to greet you. And so we are waiting patiently. Well maybe SAL isn't so patient, but I am. (snicker)
